The compass was made by Waltham during WWII as part of a US Pilots Survival Gear. The Compass finishing is very nice and Mechanically everything works perfectly. The automatic jeweled, needle lifter works well and spins freely and points to magnetic north. And has little oxidation. The dial is bright & clean. 100% Excellent functioning and Original. US marking engraved on cover of compass. S marking engraved on cover of compass. Size : 45 mm x 65 mm. 100% Excellent fuction and Original WW II.
