Original WWII US Army Air Forces / Army Air Corps’Aleutians’ flight parka type B-7. White sheepskin with brown leather bands and pockets. Original buttons, zippers and cotton loops all in good working condition. Original black and gold tag, manufactured by Aero Leather Clothing Co. With a 1942 contract. The back left seam has been repaired as shown. It is hard to see the extent of the tear underneath. Leather patches have been sewn on the inside and outside. The upper right shoulder shows a tear in the leather. There is a small tear on the front, near the bottom left pock et. Rare large size: 42R. Fits an XL in today’s side. Armpit to armpit: 23in.
