RARE, HARD TO FIND ORIGINAL WW2 U. ARMY AIR FORCES (AAF) OFFICERS TRUE CRUSHER PILOT’S VISOR CAP WITH OFFICERS GOLD IN COLOR METAL BADGE TO FRONT (S/B). CAP FEATURES A BROWN VISOR AND EARLY WAR BROWN LEATHER ALL THE WAY AROUND CHIN STRAP AND METAL BUCKLE AND METAL SIDE BUTTONS. THE INTERIOR OF THE CAP RETAINS IT’S LINING AND BROWN LEATHER SWEATBAND. CAP IS NOT SIZE MARKED ALTHOUGH IS AN APPROX. THIS CRUSHER VISOR CAP IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, SHOWING OVERALL AVERAGE AGE AND WEAR, HAVING NO HOLES AND NO TEARS TO THE CLOTH. THE ONLY TWO ISSUES THIS CAP HAS IS THE REAR AREA WHERE THE INTERIOR SWEATBAND MEETS TOGETHER NEEDS TO BE RESEWN, BUT THAT IS JUST A SMALL AREA AND THE FRONT LEATHER CHINSTRAP SLIDE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE ALSO NEEDS TO BE RESEWN.
