Original WWII US Army Air Forces / Army Air Corps flight helmet type AN-H-15. Khaki cotton construction with large rubber earcups with pads lined with chamois skin. Comes with ANB-H-1 radio receivers, and red PL-354 plug. Original tag with spec and contract number sewn inside. Several crack on the rubber earcups, around the radio receivers.
