Wwii Us Army Air Force Air Gunner Wing Sterling Rare Variation

This is an Original WWII US Army Air Force Sterling Pin Back Air Gunner Wing. This is a rare variation which was originally an Observer Wing that a jeweler converted to an Air Gunner Wing by attaching an Air Gunner Device with a pin over the Observer Device. This was definitely done during the WWII era. This is 3 inch wing and there is no maker mark. The wing still has the protective lacquer finish on the front of the wing.
