WWII Bancroft Flighter U. Army Air Force Officer Crusher Cap Original USAAF. This is an original. United States Army Air Force Officer. 50 mission Crusher Cap. Very nice condition only a couple moth nips that I’ve tried to show in the photos. But it’s hard to as they don’t jump out at you. The leather is nice and soft and flexible. The inside top lining is deteriorated probably from the heat. Size is 6 7/8. It has an original Officer hat badge. The only real problem I can find is that when it’s flat it sits crooked. Not really a problem if you display it on a head, as you can see. It is not named, just initials on the inside of the visor. You will be hard pressed to find an original as nice as this one.
