Original WWII Era US Air Force AAF Type AN-H-15 Summer Flying Helmet – Size Large – Excellent Condition. Up for sale is an Original WWII Era US Army Air Force AAF Type AN-H-15 Summer Pilot’s Flying Helmet. This helmet is made of Tan cotton cloth and features large black rubber mounts for the ANB-H-1 Receivers. This is a later version made with the snaps to attach the O2 Mask. The chin strap is present. It is a size Large with a 1944 contract number. It is used, see photo’s for condition. No rips or tears. Leather is soft and supple. Check out my other items.
