Was founded in 1975, producing original military designs for the A-2, G-1, and B-3 jackets. In 1983 Avirex provided authentic flight jackets for the film “The Right Stuff”, again in 1986 for “Top Gun” and later still to Sylvester Stallone in “Rocky III”.
