Army Air Forces shearling leather flight pants, Type B-1A, size Large. These were issued to aircrew for extreme cold weather conditions at high altitude. Constructed of heavyweight brown leather with a warm shearling lining, original suspenders, and heavy-duty Talon zippers at the front and cuffs. Marked with the classic “Army Air Forces” insignia on the chest. All zippers function properly. Condition is good for age, with signs of use, surface wear, some fading, and scuffing to the leather.
